Social Networks Privacy Policy

In accordance with the provisions of the current regulations on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR) and Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), TERRA DIVERSIONS SL informs users that it has created profiles on the social networks Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, with the primary purpose of promoting its products and services.

Details of TERRA DIVERSIONS SL:

The user has a profile on the same social network and has chosen to join the page created by TERRA DIVERSIONS SL, thereby expressing an interest in the information published on the network. By joining our page, the user gives consent to the processing of the personal data published on their profile.

The user may access the privacy policies of the social network at any time and configure their profile to ensure their privacy.

TERRA DIVERSIONS SL has access to and processes the user’s public information, in particular their contact name. This data is used exclusively within the social network itself and is not incorporated into any filing system.

Any images published on the page will not be stored in any filing system by TERRA DIVERSIONS SL, although they will remain on the social network.

Competitions and promotions

TERRA DIVERSIONS SL reserves the right to organise competitions and promotions in which users who have joined its page may participate. The terms and conditions of each competition or promotion, where the social network platform is used, will be published on that platform, always in compliance with the LSSI-CE and any other applicable regulations.

The social network does not sponsor, endorse or administer any of our promotions, nor is it associated with any of them.

Advertising

TERRA DIVERSIONS SL will use the social network to promote its products and services. In any case, should it decide to process contact data for direct marketing purposes, this will always be carried out in compliance with the legal requirements of the GDPR and the LSSI-CE.

Recommending the TERRA DIVERSIONS SL page to other users so that they may also benefit from promotions or stay informed about its activities shall not be considered advertising.
