Day 1 · Arrival in Milan

Time for the Duomo and the galleries, bike check and a welcome briefing.

Day 2 · Milan to Brescia

99 km · 250 m

Out of the city into the Lombardy plain of rice fields and farm towns, to underrated Brescia with its Roman ruins and castle.

Day 3 · Brescia to Verona

78 km · 550 m

Close to the southern shore of Lake Garda through wine villages, to Verona’s amphitheatre and Shakespeare’s streets.

Day 4 · Verona to Vicenza

63 km

A shorter recovery day through countryside to Vicenza and its UNESCO-listed Palladian architecture.

Day 5 · Vicenza to Venice

91 km · 350 m

The last stretch of Veneto to the lagoon, finishing on the 5 km cycle path of the Ponte della Libertà straight into Venice.
