The journey then climbs into the lush natural parks and volcanic foothills surrounding Girona, leading toward the peaceful mountain village of Viladrau in the Montseny massif. Rolling seaside roads, beach towns, and sweeping ocean views lead to the fortified old town of Tossa de Mar. Finish the day surrounded by medieval walls, sandy coves, and the relaxed charm of the Catalan coast.

One of the most scenic coastal rides in Catalonia, this stage winds through cliffs, pine forests, and hidden beaches along the Costa Brava. Pass through picturesque villages and panoramic viewpoints before reaching the elegant hilltop town of Begur, famous for its castle ruins and crystal-clear coves.

Today is the Queen Stage of this tour, with the 30km climb to Sant Hilari Sacalm which will bring a complete change of scenery of the previous days.

Ride into the green heart of Catalonia as the landscape changes to forests, rolling hills, and mountain roads. Quiet climbs and panoramic scenery lead into the Montseny Natural Park and the charming village of Viladrau, surrounded by chestnut woods and fresh mountain air.
