A cycling day out is one of the few team activities people still talk about months later. It is also easy to organise when you know what to decide and in which order. This is the checklist Roger, our Tours Manager, goes through with every company that calls us.

1. Decide the goal of the day
Is it a reward, an offsite with meetings, or a way to bring a new team together? A reward suits the Penedès eMTB day with cava; an offsite works well with a meeting room at the lunch venue; a new team benefits from the gravel day and its pair challenge.
2. Know your group
- Size: we run groups from 8 people. Larger groups ride in smaller groups, each with its own guide.
- Fitness: if fewer than two thirds of the team ride regularly, choose gravel or eMTB rather than road.
- Sizes: we send a short form for height and preferences, so every bike is ready on the day.
3. Pick the date
March to June and September to November are ideal, with 15–25 °C. Book four to six weeks ahead for groups over 20. In July and August we start earlier to avoid the heat. If the forecast is bad, we move the date or switch to a shorter route at no cost.
4. Set the budget
Our team building days start at 100 € per person, including bike, helmet, guides, support van, lunch and insurance. Extras such as a meeting room, a photographer or team kit with your logo are quoted separately. You get a fixed per-person price in writing within 48 hours.
5. Tell the team what to bring
- Comfortable sports clothes and trainers (or cycling shoes, if they have them)
- Sunglasses, sun cream and a light jacket
- ID and any medical information the guides should know
- Everything else, from helmets to water, is on us
6. Insurance and safety
Every ride includes third-party liability insurance, qualified guides, a support van with spare bikes and a first-aid kit. Helmets are mandatory and provided. All bikes are serviced in our own workshop before every group day.
