Collserola is the natural park that rises behind Barcelona, and it is the reason our gravel team building day works so well for mixed groups. Within twenty minutes of the shop you are on wide, car-free tracks with the whole city and the sea below you.

How the day runs
- 09:00 – Bike fitting and briefing at our shop in Eixample. Gravel bikes for everyone, with e-gravel bikes for anyone who wants help on the climbs.
- 09:45 – Up to the Carretera de les Aigües. The only real climb of the day takes us to this old water-company track, a flat balcony road that runs along the hillside for kilometres.
- 11:00 – Team challenge at the viewpoint. Pairs get a map and a few clues and have to find the regrouping point on their own. It is light, it gets people talking, and nobody needs to be fast.
- 12:00 – Across the park to Sant Cugat. Pine forest, easy descents and the quiet side of Collserola.
- 13:30 – Lunch at a masia, a traditional Catalan farmhouse, before the van takes everyone back to the city.
Why gravel suits mixed teams
Gravel bikes are comfortable, stable and forgiving. There is no traffic, so people can ride side by side and talk, which is the point of the day. Riders who want more can push on the climbs; riders who want less can switch to an e-gravel bike and arrive with a smile.
